We build what we can defend.
Every schematic, every line of firmware, every dashboard is something we can stand behind at a customer site or in a court of law. We don't ship a fix and hope it works — we ship a thing we have already proved works.
Raywise is a small team with a long view. We are based in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong — Asia's hardware heartland — and we build for customers who will still be using what we ship in ten years' time.
We exist to give the engineers, plant managers, and operations teams we serve a single, trustworthy partner for the parts of an industrial system that nobody else wants to own: the long-tail hardware, the firmware that has to survive the field, the cloud, the mobile app, and the customs paperwork.
A future where every machine on a plant floor is observable, controllable, and improvable — and where the team that bought it can update it from the same phone they check on the way home.
These four values are how we make decisions when the spec is ambiguous, the deadline is tight, or the customer is asking for the wrong thing. They are not aspirational — they are how we work on a Tuesday afternoon.
Every schematic, every line of firmware, every dashboard is something we can stand behind at a customer site or in a court of law. We don't ship a fix and hope it works — we ship a thing we have already proved works.
Every team at Raywise talks to a real customer every week. We don't hide behind account managers, RFPs, or support tiers — the people who built the thing are the people who answer the phone.
We turn down a one-off margin gain to keep a relationship alive. We invest in documentation, training, and the parts of the codebase nobody will read this quarter — because someone will read it in five years.
Hong Kong is our bench, not our ceiling. We design for the markets our customers sell into — EU CE, US FCC, China CCC, Brazil INMETRO, Australia RCM. The world is the unit, not the city.
Our office sits three floors above a component market, ten minutes from the airport express, and a single customs window away from the rest of the Pearl River Delta. When a customer in Stuttgart needs a board hand-modified on Friday, we are the people who can do it.

Every team at Raywise has a mascot. They sit on dashboards, in onboarding flows, and on the office wall. They are a small reminder that the work is serious — but the people doing it are not.
